To register an Account and use the Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform by wp888 or have had an Account terminated for cause.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme applicable to online gaming in your jurisdiction of residence.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid, personal email address to which you have exclusive access.
• Your date of birth.
• Your country and city of residence.
• A valid mobile phone number registered in your name.
• Your preferred payment method details (bank account number or e-wallet identifier).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. All transactions on the wp888 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). wp888 does not charge currency conversion fees on IDR transactions; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own fees, for which wp888 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI) is Rp 50.000.
• The minimum deposit via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) is Rp 20.000.
• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within a few minutes, subject to banking network availability.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. wp888 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Deposits from unverified or mismatched sources will be reversed.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed within three (3) minutes during normal operating hours (WIB, UTC+7).
• E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay are typically completed within seconds of approval.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. The maximum single withdrawal and daily withdrawal limits are set out in the cashier section of your Account and may vary by payment method and member tier.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering safeguard.

In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific game rule, the specific game rule shall prevail with respect to that game only.

• Bets placed and confirmed by the system are final. wp888 will not void a confirmed bet on the basis that it was placed in error by the Member, unless a clear system error is identified.

Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the stake for that round will be returned to the Member's Account.
• Mix parlay bets containing one or more voided selections will be recalculated based on the remaining valid selections in accordance with the sportsbook rules published in the Platform.

wp888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms.

• The Member has provided false or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Continuation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to wp888.
• The Member is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The Member's account is associated with a self-exclusion programme or a court-ordered gambling restriction.

Upon termination for cause, wp888 may forfeit any Bonus Funds in the Account. Real Funds will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe after deducting any outstanding liabilities owed to wp888, unless the funds are subject to a legal hold or investigation.

Members may close their own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any Real Funds balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method after all pending bets are settled.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wp888 is incorporated and licensed as an international gaming operator. wp888 is operated by a licensed international gaming entity and holds the applicable licences required by its jurisdiction of incorporation.

To the extent that any dispute cannot be resolved amicably between the parties, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of wp888's jurisdiction of incorporation for the resolution of any legal dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in this clause limits wp888's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

wp888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, wp888 will:
